Comfort

Nina has been crying and sobbing off and on all night. It got so bad that I had to have Sosie (our niece) go sleep in another room because it was too much to bare.

Nina has finally calmed down. We turned on Sponge Bob and I tickled her back. Sleep started to take over. Before she fell into deep sleep, she reached over and grabbed onto my right hand. My heart melted! My honey-girl just wanted the comfort of her mama's hand. She can hold my hand forever!

    I am so sorry Rosy.... I can only imagine...and yet no one can really imagine how this truly is unless they have walked in your shoes. My heart is sinking this morning reading todays thoughts. I will pray and pray for better days and better nights for your beautiful Nina!
